Meditation se humari body or mind pr bhut se benefits hote hai jo is tarh hai.I. Strees ko kam karta hai, jo log daily meditation karte hai vo kabhi bhi strees feel nahi karte.\
II. Agar aap meditation karte hai to aapkp chhoti-2 baaton pr tension nahi hogi meditation se aapka aapne thought pr controls rhega.
III. kuchh log hote hai jinko raat mein acche se neend nahi aati hai gahri neend lene ke liye aap kar sekte hai.
