Who is Michael Phelps

Michael  Phelps is a retired American swimmer which holds the record for winning the most medals at the Olympics. He has won 28 medals with 23 gold medals included. He play his first Olympics when Michael Phelps was 15 years old. He was the first American male swimmer who was a member of five teams.
